SHIPPING POLICY
- Please check orders as soon as possible. If there is a discrepancy we need to be informed within 48 hours.
- We offer free shipping on orders over $300.00 within the United States.
- $8.00 flat US shipping rate on orders under $300.00
- Once shipped, packages may take 7-10 business days to arrive.*
- Anna Lotan USA reserves the right to select the courier at its discretion.
- When your order is processed, we will send you an order confirmation email.
- When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number for your shipment.
- Orders will be shipped within 24-72 business hours of receiving an order.
*Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the shipping destination. Delivery times may be affected by the global situation surrounding COVID-19.
DROP SHIP POLICY
Anna Lotan USA members (aestheticians/ businesses/ etc.) can request to have our products shipped directly to their customers.
- There is a $5.00 flat rate for this service. Anna Lotan PRO will ship the ordered product(s) directly to the customer.
- When we ship directly to a retail customer, we do NOT include the invoice due to wholesale pricing being listed, we also do NOT include an order form for the same reason.
SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS
- We do not currently offer shipping to locations outside of the United States.
- If you are located outside of the United States, please contact info@annalotan.us and we would be happy to provide you with information about Anna Lotan PRO products and services in your location.
RETURN POLICY
- Orders returned to Anna Lotan USA due to incorrect address information provided by the customer will be charged a second shipping fee for reshipment of the order to the correct address.
- If you are not satisfied with a product you have received in your order, please follow the steps below. We accept returns for product(s) purchased on the Anna Lotan PRO website and issue refunds within 30 days of receiving your returned product.
- The refund will be issued to the card that was used to purchase the product(s).
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order shipping date to be eligible for a refund.
To request a return:
Email info@annalotanusa.com and include your Order Number with the name of the product(s) you wish to return. You can find your Order Number in your Order Confirmation email. Your return request will be processed by Anna Lotan PRO who will provide further instructions, including how to ship the product(s) to Anna Lotan PRO.
Please note: you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending your returned product(s) to Anna Lotan PRO, unless Anna Lotan PRO shipped you a product that was different from the product you ordered on the Site. We strongly recommend that you obtain tracking information for your package.
Anna Lotan PRO reserves the right to request the reasonable opportunity to inspect the product(s) in question once returned. Anna Lotan PRO reserves the right to refuse or deny a return request or refund at any time, at our discretion.
